GMass prices per user per month, with a discount for annual billing; team plans are priced for 5 to 100 users. Prices rose in January 2026 and the figures below are the new ones.

The honest price math

For outreach from Gmail, GMass is the more complete tool and costs less than MailMergic at one seat: $249 a year on Standard against $468 billed yearly for MailMergic Pro. The comparison changes when every recipient needs a personalized document: with GMass you first create the files in another tool, upload them to Drive and fill an attachment column. MailMergic generates, attaches, sends and tracks in one run, through your Gmail or, when the list is bigger than a Gmail day, without its daily cap.

MailMergic vs GMass: common questions

Can GMass create personalized PDFs from a template?

No. GMass attaches files that already exist. Its PDF mail merge guide asks you to host each file on Google Drive, Dropbox, S3 or your own server and to list the file name or URL in an attachment column, with read-only Drive access for the extension. The documents come from another tool.

Does MailMergic send through Gmail like GMass does?

Yes, since August 2026. Connect your Gmail or Google Workspace account with one send-only permission and the emails go out from your own address, with replies in your inbox. Per campaign you can also send from a MailMergic address, through an SMTP server or from your own verified domain.

Which sending limits apply?

Both tools go through Google’s servers when you send from Gmail, so Google’s caps apply to both: about 500 emails per day on a personal account and about 2,000 on Google Workspace. GMass’s unlimited plans refer to its own limits, not Google’s. MailMergic can switch the same campaign to a MailMergic address or your own domain when the list is bigger than a Gmail day.

Is GMass bad? Should I avoid it?

No. It is a mature outreach tool, rated 4.8 of 5 by about 9,200 Chrome Web Store users, with more than a million Marketplace installs. It does a different job than a document generation tool.
