What does “Queued” mean when sending emails?

The status “Queued” means that the email and the document attachment still have to be generated. We process and send all emails one after the other. Processing may take longer or shorter depending on the file size of the attached document. Note that this report only tracks the recipient, not the CC and BCC recipients.
What can I do about it?
Just sit back and relax 🙂
You can close the browser window at any time and check the email report later via the “History”:
