Does the MailMergic Offline app use AI features or send data to Anthropic?

No. The AI-supported data validation backed by Anthropic that appears in our cloud sub-processor list runs only in the cloud service. It is not included in the offline build.
The other AI helpers, such as column mapping, spam score, and automatic placeholders, are disabled in the desktop app, which uses local fuzzy matching instead. The offline build ships with no API key, so it makes no external AI calls at all.
This is enforced by how the desktop app is built, not by a setting you have to remember to switch off.
