MailMergic Goes Mobile: The Whole App on Your Phone
Mail merges have a habit of mattering most when you are away from your desk. The campaign goes out, you pack your bag, and somewhere between the office and dinner the question arrives: did it deliver? Until now the honest answer was to wait, or to pinch and zoom your way through an interface built for a large screen.
That is over. We have rebuilt MailMergic to work on your phone, and not as a trimmed-down version: every screen, from the first upload to the last delivery report. There is nothing to install. Open MailMergic in your phone's browser and sign in as usual.

Built for thumbs, not shrunk for them
The mail merge wizard now walks you through its steps with a navigation bar at the bottom of the screen, where your thumb already is. In the document editor, your tools live in a panel that slides up when you need it and tucks away when you don't, leaving the whole screen to your template. Placing a field is a tap on the page, then a drag to fine-tune. Even the Word and Excel editors open and work on a phone, though for a long design session a bigger screen remains the comfortable choice.
Your campaigns, in your pocket
The part you will probably use most is monitoring. Campaign pages show what has been sent, delivered and opened, recipient by recipient, in views that actually fit a phone. Downloads work too, so the finished PDFs are never further away than your pocket.
Where it helps
- On the way home: check delivery on the train instead of from the kitchen table
- Last-minute fixes: spot a typo, correct the template and send again, wherever you are
- At the venue: badges or certificates need one more name? Add the row and run the mail merge on the spot
- Out of office: this morning's delivery report is one tap away, no laptop required
Nothing changes on your desktop
On a large screen, MailMergic looks and behaves exactly as before. The phone layout appears only when the screen calls for it. Try it now: open mailmergic.com on your phone and pick up where you left off.
