Where are my uploaded documents stored?

Any information that you entrust to MailMergic is stored exclusively in highly secure data centers in Germany and Belgium – whether PDF, Word, or Excel templates, your Excel data files, or generated ZIP files. Thus, you are protected by the strict German data protection and the GDPR of the European Union.

In addition, your documents are encrypted before they are stored on our servers. This is how we ensure that you get the highest level of security and that your documents, including those with sensitive information, are as safe with us as they are in a bank vault.

The TÜV (the German Technical Inspection Association) is also convinced of the quality of our data centers. Our data centers bear the coveted TÜV seal according to ISO 27001 for excellent availability and IT security of all cloud services. This certification also includes numerous security measures in the IT infrastructure itself, in the secondary technology and in the process chain. Our data centers are certified anew every year according to ISO 27001.
