Vous pouvez consid\u00e9rer cela comme un signal occup\u00e9. Notez que ce rapport ne suit que le destinataire principal, et <strong>non<\/strong> les destinataires en CC et BCC.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Cela ne signifie pas que votre message ne sera pas livr\u00e9. C&rsquo;est plut\u00f4t un signal indiquant que votre message ne sera pas livr\u00e9 imm\u00e9diatement. <\/p>\n\n<p>Les raisons de ce statut peuvent inclure :<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La bo\u00eete de r\u00e9ception \u00e9tait pleine (l&rsquo;utilisateur a d\u00e9pass\u00e9 son quota)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le serveur \u00e9tait hors service<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Dans certaines circonstances, il peut \u00e9galement arriver que <strong>tous<\/strong> les e-mails de votre envoi re\u00e7oivent le statut \u00ab Soft Bounce \u00bb &#8211; en particulier si toutes les adresses e-mail des destinataires appartiennent au m\u00eame domaine.<\/p>\n\n<p>Nous continuons \u00e0 tenter d&rsquo;envoyer ces messages pendant <strong>jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 72 heures<\/strong> jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le message soit livr\u00e9. <strong>Ce processus ne peut pas \u00eatre annul\u00e9<\/strong>. Si un message est continuellement diff\u00e9r\u00e9 pendant 72 heures, nous lui attribuerons le statut \u00ab Non livrable \u00bb. <\/p>\n\n<p>Dans la plupart des cas, le statut \u00ab Soft Bounce \u00bb se transformera en statut \u00ab Livr\u00e9 \u00bb apr\u00e8s quelques heures.
