I can’t log in and I’m not receiving a password reset email. What should I do?

If you’re unable to log in and haven’t received a password reset email, it’s likely that your account has been deleted after 6 months of inactivity. In line with our policy and GDPR requirements, inactive accounts must be removed for security and data protection purposes.

We send a reminder email 30 days before deletion, giving you the chance to log in and keep your account active.

To prevent this from happening again, we recommend logging in at least once every 6 months. Alternatively, you can subscribe to one of our paid plans—these accounts are not affected by the inactivity policy.
